Unlock
potential.

We guide you from requirements analysis to successful delivery – as an equal partner for tailored IT strategies and well‑considered architectures.

About

Understand IT situations and shape them.

We advise, design, and build – with experience across the full technology stack and AI where it makes a real difference.

From architecture decisions through system integration to productive operations, we accompany IT initiatives across the full lifecycle – in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Domain experience across enterprise IT, e-mobility, healthcare, and trade means we understand quickly what matters – and invest time in solutions, not in getting up to speed.

Project Discipline Industry

A fast-growing e-mobility company wanted to automate recurring tasks across Finance, Support, Sales, and Operations – manual processes were no longer keeping pace with growth.

We built AI agents on Langdock and developed custom MCP servers along with integrations to ticketing, payment, and CPMS systems, enabling deep embedding into existing workflows.

Core processes across multiple departments now run automatically, the team focuses on high-value work – and the architecture is built from the ground up to support additional agents.

Charger faults were analysed and escalated manually – a resource-intensive process that led to extended downtime and high support overhead.

We developed an AI agent that detects OCPP fault patterns, runs automated diagnostics, and initiates or prepares remediation actions.

Common fault categories are now handled automatically, manual escalation rates have dropped significantly – and charging infrastructure availability has improved measurably.

Service technicians and electricians regularly faced illegible OCPP fault codes with no structured diagnostic support – prolonging downtime and significantly increasing support effort.

We developed an AI application that uses OCPP fault codes and device data to provide a guided diagnostic process, walking field technicians through fault resolution step by step.

Technicians can now localise faults faster and with greater confidence – without deep OCPP expertise, directly on site.

An e-mobility company wanted to build a structured approach to information security and achieve ISO 27001 certification – as a foundation for customer trust and enterprise business.

We supported the entire process from gap analysis through ISMS development to audit preparation, with a particular focus on pragmatic implementation in a startup context.

The company successfully completed certification and now has a living ISMS it can continue to operate independently.

An e-mobility provider needed a scalable, certification-ready solution for card-based payments directly at the charging point – existing approaches could not be integrated flexibly enough into their own CPMS.

We took responsibility for the architecture and development of a cloud-based payment terminal solution: from system design through CPMS integration to regulatory payment processing requirements.

The solution now enables card-based charging transactions within their own system and provides the foundation for additional payment channels.

An established electrical wholesaler wanted to equip its sales team with a modern, AI-assisted CRM system – existing processes ran across disconnected tools without a unified data foundation.

We led the implementation end-to-end: from requirements gathering and system selection through integration with existing ERP and inventory management systems to go-live.

Sales now operates on a single data foundation, with AI-driven suggestions supporting prioritisation and follow-up – delivered without disrupting day-to-day operations.

An electrical wholesaler with a broad product catalogue hit the limits of manual product data management – inconsistent data and high maintenance effort were blocking a scalable e-commerce presence.

We led the PIM implementation and developed AI-based workflows for automated product classification, enrichment, and quality assurance.

Product data is now consistent, more complete, and faster to maintain – laying the foundation for a high-performance multichannel presence.

An electrical wholesaler wanted to professionalise its marketing – newsletter delivery, campaigns, and web tracking were running in silos with no reliable measurement of impact.

We implemented and fully configured HubSpot: tracking integration, newsletter workflows, campaign structure, and connection to existing systems.

The marketing team can now independently set up campaigns, measure results, and hand off leads in a structured way – on a platform that scales with their needs.

A large hospital needed a secure, privacy-compliant alternative to cloud communication services – for messaging and video conferencing, running entirely on its own infrastructure.

We designed, built, and deployed the platform using RocketChat and Jitsi – including user authentication, high availability, and integration into the existing hospital environment.

The hospital now communicates internally in a secure and privacy-compliant way – on a platform it operates and fully controls itself.

A Bavarian hospital, operating as a critical infrastructure provider, needed to modernise its infrastructure to current security standards – and manage complex public procurement processes for firewall clusters, network, and data centre.

We prepared the tenders in terms of content and technical specification: requirements definition, service descriptions, and evaluation criteria for perimeter and segmentation firewalls, core/distribution/data centre network, and a container data centre.

The procurement processes were successfully completed – with robust decision-making foundations and contractually secured scopes of work for critical infrastructure projects.

A hospital fell victim to an EMOTET attack – the malware had spread across the network and required immediate action to contain further damage and restore operations.

We supported the hospital through the acute response phase and the subsequent structured recovery: network segmentation, coordinated rebuild of systems in secured network segments, and measures to permanently harden the infrastructure.

Hospital operations were restored step by step and safely – on a segmented, hardened infrastructure that is significantly more resilient against comparable attacks.
